One of the questions my friends and I had when playing the Rescue City Hall sequences was why don't they just take the Mayor hostage on foot as it would be a bigger threat than just bashing in City Hall with giant vehicles. This is probably one of the more fun pages I had drawing, partly due to the opportunity to throw in all kinds of effects into the background and to finally show the payoff surrounding 'gramps' being someone who should never be messed with.
