When working on this chapter, it only occured to me that Rock has always done digouts alone (with the exception of earlier in DASH 2). On the other hand, with nigh-unlimited firepower I guess it's possible to interpret that he simply works better alone and can operate on a "shoot everything that moves" mentality at least as far as the first game's events is concerned.

Perhaps one of the biggest change regarding how I do sound effects now would be far less liberal use of the rough/brush effects. These days I tend to use simple stylized text (but still manually-drawn) most of the time, and only use the brush-like sound effect text for those rare occasions where it provides greater visual impact. Also complete lack of visual depth in the enemy Reaverds to save time at the time.
