Nicknamed as such for her frequent public appearances as Kattelox Island's news reporter and for her cheerful newscasting, Reporter Sunshine is one of the more well-known inhabitants of Kattelox Island. Always running about and followed loyally by her camera crew when on the job, her determination to bring the show to her audience is unrivaled.

Personality
Reporter Sunshine is easily described as being energetic and ready to jump into anything she sees full of excitement and adventure, no matter how big or small. She also has a childish part which comes with her energetic personality, including a habit of pinning one of several small dolls to her side when she is on the job (claiming that it brings her good luck). She often acts on impulse and is known for short attention spans (except when something really catches her attention).

But in spite of her habits being a cause of annoyance for her news crew, she is always well-meaning and determined to do a good job; as long as there is news to cover, she will remain dedicated to putting on a good show for the viewers up until the very end.

Trivia
  • Even the author does not know her real name.

  • The dolls found pinned to her side are all Capcom characters who have made at least one appearance as a newscaster in any officially-recognized media. Some dolls include Chun-Li (in Mega Man 9), Charlie (in Ariga's Megamix series), and Kero/Ribitta (MMBN series).

Author's Notes
The reporter's nickname was suggested by Mikey of the MMLS forums. After asking how he came about it, the idea stuck so I decided to have it worked into the adaptation. Being a relatively simple character, it was easy to flesh her out a little for her profile entry.
